I have this guitar which is in mint condition and only about 2 months old and played very little. I should say that this is a great guitar, but I also bought a Gretsch 5420 and I more of a hollow body kind of guy. It had been a while since I had played a solid body guitar, and I re-discovered that I would rather have a bigger guitar in my lap ..I bought this guitar for its beauty and it is stunning ! It comes with all the case candy, a vintage style strap, etc. Buyer to pay shipping and pay pal fees and ship only to lower 48. I have more pictures if you want to see close ups of the inlays, etc. The only thing you might not like about this guitar is the 12-52 D'addario chrome strings, but thats an easy fix and change.

Here is a rather lengthy description of this guitar:

"The Les Paul Custom 100th Anniversary Outfit is dressed up for a birthday celebration. Its truss rod cover, Tune-o-matic bridge and tailpiece, and Grover Imperial tuners are decked out in 24K gold for a regal look. The headstock and fretboard are inlaid in a combination of abalone and pearloid for an attractive contrast to the flame maple top. And this attractive instrument is capped off with a sparkling Zirconium stone inlaid in the dot of the "i" in the Epiphone logo.
ProBuckers
The two ProBucker humbucking pickups in the Les Paul Custom 100th Anniversary Outfit are designed at Gibson's pickup factory in Nashville, Tennessee. These pickups are re-creations of the classic Gibson PAF pickups that are so sought after. players immediately noticed that they offer the same powerful midrange and crystal-clear top end of great vintage Les Pauls. And push-pull pots allow you to split the coils to access bell-like single-coil tones.
Epiphone Les Paul Custom 100th Anniversary Outfit Solidbody Electric Guitar Features:
• Limited-edition Les Paul to celebrate Les's 100th birthday
• 24K gold hardware
• Abalone and pearloid inlays
• Zirconium "i" dot inlay
• Grover Imperial tuners
• ProBucker humbuckers deliver PAF tone
• Hardshell case included"

Just wanted to assure you that there is nothing wrong with this guitar...maybe something wrong with me ! haha But seriously, it is a great guitar and I am very impressed with the workmanship of this guitar...Epiphones are Gibson little brothers, but the quality of this instrument, imho, is outstanding in all ways...appearance, tone, playability. I bought another Gretsch guitar and just prefer a larger guitar...like the Super400, the L5 and the Gretsch. Thats just me...I dont think you would be disappointed in this guitar if you are a Les Paul player.
Thanks for reading this and the responses I have had so far. Like I said a 5 string banjo in trade would be considered...a Recording King, Gold Star, (not a gold tone) something of that nature.

This guitar is much prettier in person...pictures just dont do it justice...it really is a fine guitar if you are into solid body guitars...it has been professionally set up by a guitar tech in tempe, az who is th best in that area. You wont be disappointed ....send me an offer, i might just take it

Just posted that I would consider trading this towards a STage One or comparable steel...I have a Stage One already, but they are such good steels, why not have two ! Anyway, probably an outside shot , but thought I would throw it out there.
Thanks

I could demo this guitar on skype so that you could get a better feel for the beauty and sound of this guitar...I dont think you would be disappointed with this guitar in any way...a fraction of the price if the headstock name started with a G.

Wow Larry! What a deal on what is an essentially brand new guitar. That's a couple hundred bucks savings. Whoa!

I can't believe you're selling this after all the trouble I went to to find it for you. Laughing

Seriously, good luck on your sale. You certainly have other beautiful instruments to play for sure.

jerry, i do appreciate you finding that guitar for me !
it is a great guitar, I just like playing archtop style guitars more and this one isnt getting played as much as I thought I would, so I may as well let someone play this beautiful guitar. I also appreciate your input on the C6th single neck...its much appreciated. Do you happen to be going to Branson this weekend for the steel show,,,perhaps we could meet up and I will buy you lunch or dinner or breakfast ! Take care and thanks again.

Just joking about the bird dogging, you know that. No, I can't make Branson, but I appreciate your kind offer.

Good luck on your sale. Someone will be getting a great deal on this one.
