I'm designing some pedal steel parts in a CAD program. But I don't have a standard keyhead to take measurements from.

Could somebody with the old style key head measure the wall thickness, height, total length, section length, distance between parallel sections, etc?

I'm actually using this to create an 8 string (and later a 10 string) lap steel. I could use the help if anyone has suggestions. After the lap steels, I still plan to build a pedal steel. Just thought I'd start with something a little easier.

Thanks for the help. If you have any other ideas, I'd love to heard them. My lap steel will be one solid piece of wood with the keyhead routed from the wood.
