Joe has added a Surgical Steel to his backline setup on his currant tour.
You can hear his great slide playing on You Tube videos from his 6-22-16 date at DTE in Detroit.

It just shows the power,tone, and flexibility of the Z Surgical Steel.

Joe's a good one. Was privileged to talk to him via ham radio...

I just talked to Doc. He tells me;
"Joe is using a Z lux set and now a Surgical Steel together."

I hate Joe Walsh....Nobody should ever be allowed to be that cool ! Such a shame that Joe's lyrical genius and song writing often get overshadowed by his guitar playing. Glad to see he's not hanging it up. I love "analogue man" and listen to it about once a week from start to finish !

I bet that was a blast John ! From his interviews, he just seems like a guy I could sit down and have a conversation with over a cup of coffee. No weirdo pretenses, if ya know what I mean.

He used a Fender FM212 on his "Live @ Daryl's House" appearance. Sounded great. Those are sleeper amps.
