For sale is a 1962 Ampeg Reverberocket, in excellent working condition. Also in excellent cosmetic condition for a 53 y/o amp, except for a small snag in the grillcloth. Includes original foot switch and C12R Jensen speaker, both of which work fine. A 3-prong cord is also included. Tubes are a mix of older RCAs and GEs, and newer current production tubes. That famous Ampeg reverb is here, along with a very musical-sounding tube tremolo.
This amp is for sale only, so no trade offers please.
$1100, including shipping/insurance and PayPal fees.

Darn it! I sure wish I could afford this little gem! I can just hear my Country Gent making heavenly sounds through this baby. Not to mention my steels.

It sucks being poor! Crying or Very sad

You could give lessons on posting items for sale. Those are some tempting, amazing, drool-worthy photos, and a great description.

(Now, where can I find a grand... Hmmm...)

This is a really nice amp. Tremelo on these is pleasing as well. I wouldn't part with my Ampeg by choice. Good luck with the sale.

That’s a beautiful Amp Jim... when I was a kid, in the late 60’s my Dad bought my brother an Ampeg bass amp, with the flip top... we literally rolled that thing ALL over town, from whatever friends house we might be playing at that day... how that thing held up to all the jarring it took on the asphalt and rough sidewalks I’ll never know... Sure wish that amp was still around... Ampeg had some awesome stuff.
