SOLD on Reverb This guitar has been through by three of the best steel guitar techs in the country. This is a beautiful guitar with new Trutone PUPs (One Pickup has been changed for a new Trutone). Plays like butter. Case is in very good condition.
MAX TONE MOD installed by Tommy Young. The guitar sounds awesome!

Wayne, my mistake, the levers are black the pedals are polished. How did I make a mistake like that? Some say it's caused by old age. |

Billy, did the Maxtone have a noticeable effect on the tone and also, that is one of the rarer Mullins with the tuners built into key head. I like that idea. Nice looking guitar. _________________ Henry Matthews

Henry thanks for the input. I think the tone mod helps a lot. I will say though my ears ain't what they used to be. I do know Tommy installs a lot of them. Every body says they help. Also didn't know about how the tuners are installed.
This guitar is a tone monster if your amp is set right.
Jerry Roller worked on this guitar so did Bob Simmons and Tommy Young. Only reason to sell is that I am old and the older I get the heavier the amp gets besides I have a SD 10 EMCI that sounds good. |

On that particular year Mullen. The tuning key was integrated into the head stock. Jim Lindsey, who owns the Mullen that was owned by Gary Hogue, has one the head stock keys, on one of his necks like that. The newer models are different. They are like other manufactured key stocks.
