What would be a good speaker replacement for a Nashville 1000, to lighten the load.

Thanks,
Gary

Gary...The Telonics neo 4 is a popular choice. A friend recently replaced the stock Eminence neo (a slightly modified EPS-15C) in his 'Steelaire' with a Telonics and reported that the tone had definitely improved.

David, Thanks! And thanks for helping me on the phone yesterday with my Nashville 1000.

I've also liked my Sica 15.

Gary..You are most welcome, pleased that I could be of help!..Another thought; If you like the tone of the BW in the '1000' (but not the weight), noticed that the new Peavey 'Session 115' is going to be equipped with a neo speaker which may mean that the neo magnets may possibly become available again. If so, they should bolt directly onto your existing speaker basket.
