Hello, I didn't know if anyone knows the chord chart from the up from the top videos for the song Swinging Doors. The guy who I bought my guitar from sent me some DVDs and other learning material, which the "up form the top a/b pedals" was with it. But for some reason the DVD stops and jumps around. I Tryed to watch him play it and listen to the track but I am just not experience enough to know the chords. It's a chart that has the song into 16 different chords and puts them in phrases. If anyone knows this then it would be appreciated.
Thanks Jordan

Jordan,

Here is a chord chart for the song:
======================================================
Swinging Doors
by Merle Haggard

VERSE 1
(1)This old smoke filled bar is something I'm not (4) used to
But I gave (1) up my home to see you satis-(5)fied
And I just (1) called to let you know where I'll be (4)living
It's not (1) much but I feel (5) welcome here (1) inside

CHORUS
(1) And I've got swinging doors a jukebox and a bar (4) stool
And my new (1) home has a flashing neon (5) sign.
(1) Stop by and see me any time you (4) want to,
Cause I'm (1) always here at (5) home till closing (1) time.

VERSE 2
(1) I've got everything I need to drive me (4) crazy.
I've got (1) everything it takes to lose my (5) mind.
And in (1) here the atmosphere's just right for (4) heartaches,
Thanks to (1) you I'm always here (5) till closing (1) time.

The chords to this and many country songs can be found at this URL:
http://www.classic-country-song-lyrics.com/swingingdoorslyricschords.html
This website has a unique feature--you can change the chords to whatever key you'd like, or display the chords in the "Nashville Number System" as I've done here.

If you don't know how to use the "Nashville Number System", it would be a good idea to learn to do so.
Here are two URLs that explain it:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nashville_number_system
http://music-education.yoexpert.com/music-education-general/what-is-the-nashville-number-system-and-how-does-i-37790.html

I hope you find this helpful.
