Hello every one ! I bought this wonderful GFI ULTRA D-10 off of Garry Pugh here on the Forum a few months back and have come to the conclusion that the C6th neck for me is not gonna happen and I had better just stick to the E9th. So I am putting this guitar up for sale . Prier to my purchasing, it had just been gone through by Bob at the GFI factory and been given a mechanical clean bill of health. Since I have owned it I replaced the legs and rods with brand new standard height ones . And I am a big guy and have moved a couple knee levers to accommodate my size , but not to worry this can easily be set back to factory positions if needed as any one knows that owing a GFI guitar , the possibility's are great in how versatile there guitars are . The only down side to this guitar is a few minor cosmetic blemishes that exist due to NORMAL WEAR for a steel guitar of this age . It comes with the factory GFI case , leg bag & I will throw in a almost new D2F custom fitted cover I had ordered for it . A $49.00 value it's self . I want $2200.00 firm for this ax and would prefer Paypal only . Let me remind everyone that to have this guitar shipped it will cost me a minimum of $150.00 at the UPS store and it needing to be insured with a value of over $1000.00 , UPS will not insure it unless they pack it them selves . Also I am picking up the tab on the 3% charge Paypal inflicts on sellers and making the customary donation to the forum . If interested you can contact me through a PM here or my email is altonprichardson@gmail.com or my phone is 217-379-2688 PS Guitar cleans up better than shown in photo's and Nashville 112 shown in photo is not for sale nor is it included.

Got a couple of phone call's and a few questions but no committed buyer yet. I will sweeten the deal and reduce the price to $2150.00 and that includes shipping and insurance in the CONUS 48 . _________________ GFI D-10 Ultra, Peavey Nashville 112, Goodrich 120 . |

Gee, I thought that priced at $2150 with shipping included this guitar would have sold by now , guess it must be the economy . What every one does not realize is that most places charge $125 to $150 to pack , insure and ship an item this heavy and expensive , and they will not insure it unless THEY pack it . Having said all this I would gladly take $1900.00 cash if some one brought cash to my door and picked it up . This is the last call here before I list it on Ebay . thanks for reading ! _________________ GFI D-10 Ultra, Peavey Nashville 112, Goodrich 120 . |

Pat,
What a great deal on a great guitar. I love my GFI single neck, it's as solid as a rock and does everything I ask it to. After Ron Pruter tuned it up, it is handling like a race car. Only problem is, if what I'm playing doesn't work, I've got nothing to blame it on but me lol. Wish I was ready for the C6.Good luck with the sale.

Pat..You may want to explore other shipping options other than UPS (which a search will reveal has a less than stellar track record for safely shipping steel guitars!). I recently sent a fully loaded Fessenden (which I assume weighed a few pounds more than the GFI) via Fedex from Virginia to Texas and both packing and shipping totaled around $90.00. |
