I am listing my Derby SD10 E9 3+4 for sale. Included is the original Nashville 1000 that I purchased with it, along with my GFI seat and Goodrich L10K volume pedal. I purchased this outfit brand new in the late '90s with the intention of learning PSG, however a death in the family put everything on hold. I placed the steel back into its original case and stored everything in my closet. Last year my wife and I attended an Emmy Lou Harris concert where Steve Fishell was playing. He inspired me and I remembered the Derby packed away in my closet. I got it out and set it up, however after 2 back surgeries, 2 hip replacements and a knee replacement since 2007, I just cannot get comfortable playing. I am facing another back surgery in the coming months and I have lost the feeling in my feet. So regretfully I am giving up my dream.

The instrument, amp, case, and all equipment are in new condition. There are no scratches or nicks anywhere. I had an extra set of George L strings in my seat so I went ahead and installed and tuned them to Jeff Newman's method. Also included is a hand-held electronic tuner. The instrument currently has a 1" riser kit that I obtained from Billy Cooper way back when. I also have the original rods which, of course, will go with the whole outfit. I will also throw in my Jeff Newman books and VCR tapes. The instrument has never been outside my home and has been played only a few hours total.

This is the whole outfit in absolute mint condition. Ideal for somebody just starting out. I am located in central Kentucky and travel to Nashville on a regular basis. I suppose I could crate and ship everything however that Nashville 1000 is big-time heavy.

I would like to get $2500 for the whole outfit. If not sold in a week or so I will probably take the highest offer. If sold on this site or to a forum member I intend to donate the appropriate fee to Mod Bob. If interested please send me a message and I will provide my phone number for follow-up discussion. Thanks for looking.
