I was at Home Depot in Hollywood when I got the call, yup it was Bruce himself asking for last minute specific details on my 'New' Universal Zum..Mrs. Woo was amused as I was dancing and laughing down the aisles of the Hardware store..

HA! That's pretty funny dude! But, now that I have a Zum I understand your excitement. Be sure and post pics when you get it.

I'm excited for you, Billy! Do let us locals know when it arrives so we can pay a drool visit and kick the tires.

Did you ever get the knee lever with no positive stop remedied on your current Zum?

Thanks guys for the input, Mark, I will definately post pics when it comes also Greg, Rick and John, This particular Zum is unique looking and I dont believe Bruce has made one quite like this but I could be wrong actually I stand corrected as All Zums are unique. Now I'll be a twice Zumbody also thanks to my friend Larry Petree for the kind thoughts from Bakersfield, CA..

Whew..just found out I sold my Martin guitar on Ebay now I can pay Bruce for my new Zum, Jim I thought about selling the older one but decided against it as I really love that one too also it's officially road worthy and I'd be a bit wary of taking my new ax to some of those smoke filled clubs maybe occasionally and Yes to you, Billy Joe. I've written some songs recently that I'm trying to place in the movies so there's a good chance that "Sofie" will be heard on the big screen (well maybe direct to video)?? Not bragging but I've already written 20 tunes that have been used in films mostly low budget stuff but it's somewhat of a track record in my little world..Thanks guys, Im really jazzed about getting my new Zum and can't wait to show you which hopefully will be soon.

Cool..just spoke to Bruce a few days ago and it looks like she'll be ready in time for Christmas..Oh Joy Oh rapture and according to Bruce she'll be a "One of a Kind" apparently he has a new feature Called ACD which greatly reduces "Cabinet Drop" Anyway very exciting news also for you local boys out there I encourge all to sign up for the "West Coast Seminar" in February in San Diego, apparently at least (30) players are needed to make this happen, further details on the "Events and Announcements" section of this Forum. Happy Holidays to All.
