Generally, use 4 cents to 1 Hz. Its actually closer to 3.94, but 4 is a good figure. |

Looking at a picture, there are 5 segments up, 5 down. Maximum says +50. So I'd say 10 per segment. |

I'd submit that using a TU-2 to tune a PSG is using a screwdriver for a pry bar.
If you have a smartphone, download a tuner app _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
More amps than guitars, and not many effects |

Jeremy..You may want to check your manual, do not believe that presets can be stored in the 'TU-2'. In other words, they default once power to tuner is cut..P.M. sent. |

I also recommend tuning to a chart instead of programming the tuner. That way, you don't have to worry about the tuner losing a custom program, and if its battery dies, any tuner with a needle can get you going _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

a have a TU2 and 3.
on both, i have a little arrow made of tape pointing to the 14ish cents flat spot.
i believe that's in when both the 2nd and 3rd lights from center are lite up.
obviously this is not the most exact thing ever. i usually just tune w/ my ears, after getting Es at 442. i have the Cleartune app on my phone, that one is great. has a cents read-off...
however, the Boss/tape routine works for when I need to silently tune between tunes or between soundcheck and downbeat, that sort of thing.
i also like the bypass jack on the Boss. wish more tuners had that...
