I'm a lap steeler, but once in a while I get intrigued by PSG. Not a lot in the way of pics here, or really any details...but based on what is there, is this potentially a great price, ok price, or not really? I can't really find much info on this brand other than a couple threads here that say they are decent guitars.

Andy, that would be a heck on a good deal, it seems to me. It looks like at least 2 levers. Cougar guitars are a little plain looking, but well built. At least the couple that I have seen. Go for it!

Hi. I own a 6 string Cougar. These guitars are a modern instrument with all pull changers. The quality is very good, but there are a few shortcuts here and there that don't have any impact on the playing or sound.

They were built by Freeman Cowgar until a few years ago
and he has since passed on.

The legs are aluminum, lightweight but sturdy...the front ones have a stop ring for attaching the pedal bar and the rear ones have a slot and wing nuts to adjust the inserts.

FWIW, I'd consider that price a bargain and pick it up before someone else does. JMO.

Hey guys, even though I hate to pass up a good deal, and the opportunity to have a psg around is very enticing, I decided against it. I have some non-pedal niches I'd rather fill first, I guess. Feel free to contact the seller if you are so inclined. It is still available. I learned that much before I bailed.

Thanks for the help!
