Hi,

Someone asked me to create an Hawaiian Big Band for "Pacific Dream" parties here in Paris. Before asking to an arranger to work on the recordings and transcribe the music of bands like Lani McIntyre's Orchestra, I wonder if someone knew if such scores existed and if it was, where I could find it.

Thank you!
Paolo.

Here's Tommy Dorsey's arrangement of Hawaiian War Chant.

I couldn't find much else.

You might send a private message on Facebook to Matt Catingub. He arranged several albums with a terrific Hawaiian Swing band called "Big Kahuna and the Copa Cat Pack". They were a smoking' band! Perhaps he sells the arrangements or can hook you up?
