Sturdy pack-a-seat with folding back, black fabric cushion, covered with black "fur" carpet. Shows normal wear and tear, some extra handle holes have been drilled but handles removed. Maker unknown. Reason for selling: replaced with brand new lightweight seat from Joe Naylor. $125 shipped in lower 48 states. Please contact by email for details --> dls1951@hotmail.com

this is an outwest pac-seat from these pictures i would say it is a early type 8 back rest model from late 90s to early 2000s
