Does anyone know anything about this amp? I was told it was a Nashville 400 on steroids.

Slightly different preamp.
Since half the tone circuit was active and half was passive, getting a tone that'd make you happy might take some doing.

Thanks Lane. That answered my question. That link pretty much said it all.

Thanks a lot.

HI Mark,
FWIW, I used to have one. It's basically a Nashville 400 with a Bandit head setup. Great amp for guitar or steel. Wish I still had mine! Smile

Thanks a lot Pat. I figured it had to be a good amp if It belonged to a Branson Steel player, and a good one I might add.

I have it for sale. I'd keep it because it's like brand new and sounds really good, but I like my two Peavy 115 cabs quite a bit.

If I didn't have 2 Nashville 400's I'd buy it. What're you asking? I'm sure it'll sell.

Mark I sometimes use one when jamming at my buddy's house and it works real good there and I can get it set up for how I play and I like it. I still have my Nashville 400 there next to it and sometimes use both amps just to have a more full sound. It is not a big place so I don't really know about playing a gig but I would say it will work just fine for you.RS
