| I have had some unexpected personal issues develop that require that I stay close to home on Memorial Day weekend, so it is with regret that I must cancel my set at the upcoming OSGA show. I am sorry for the late notice but it was out of my control and I apologize to Wayne and all the OSGA officers for being unable to make it. I wish for you a GREAT and SUCCESSFUL show, and thank you for the invitation! |

I learned yesterday that I will be having surgery the week of the OSGA show so I too must miss playing the show. I believe this will be only the second year in over 20 years that I have missed playing it.
I regret that I have to cancel especially at this late date but I know there are many very capable players to fill my spot. My apologies to Wayne and all the OSGA club. It took a long wait to get this surgery appointment so I really need to keep it. I have so many great friends in the OSGA and I will miss getting to be with them but I know it will be a great steel guitar convention.
