OK..... Here goes. Has anyone ever tuned a 10-string PSG to E7th? My eight string Multibender lap steel tunes (lo-hi) G#-B-D-E-G#-B-E-G#, it's a tuning that works well for me, and it got me wondering if it could be expanded over ten strings. And if so, what would three pedals and a knee lever do best?
Just askin' .....no offence intended lol.
PS: Have a good weekend, the sun shone in County Cork today!

You might get some ideas from the E7 tuning that some Sacred Steelers use. Link here from b0b's copedent charts: http://b0b.com/tunings/sacredsteel.html

Here's my E13th tuning that I used since the late '60's.

Thanx,
Jim

I played this one for a while:

It worked really well, especially for comping rhythm.
