I bought a Profex II card from the forum and when I plug it in and use the global settings to load the information from the card to the profex I get a message saying "Not a profex II cartridge." I've tried loading the card first then holding the play and global button together and that wont work either. Anyone have any ideas on this issue ?

I had the same problem with mine a few times. 1st, not to be funny, but make sure the card is not in up side down Surprised
Then try holding the ,play & global buttons while powering up then try the card again. If that fails, simply re insert the card a few times. I got mine to work by just re inserting the card 2 or 3 times.

The card has to be formatted in the Profex, else the card wont be recognized as a profex card, that means all the information will be gone after that !
