I have two left knee levers for the “E” strings to add to a Pro I. I have a Custom Pro II that I can use for reference. Since the D10’s body is deeper the left knee levers are mounted different but can I use the measurements from the D10 for the left knee brackets, pull rod etc. under the E9 neck as a starting point for mounting the hardware on the S10? Or is there another/better way

I would sit comfortably at the S10 and see where your left leg is positioned. Then mount the levers appropriately.

What John said.
Put them where they fit right
