I just received my Weber Z-Matcher and am a happy camper! I can finally run whatever speaker I want with virtually any amp I have (no tone loss whatsoever). I've run mismatched before and lost tons of volume (and worried something was going to arc. This keeps things safe and sound. It weighs 6.5 pounds and is only 140.00 new. I've seen others similar but this one is so easy to use. Saves a ton of money off buying speakers to match impedance. I put mine in the back of my Telonics cabinet.

Note these are more applicable for tube amps since the highest value is 100 Watts.
