Rewiring 2 pickup Guitar

I wonder if anyone has a schematic for rewriting a 2 humbucker style guitar, Les Paul, SG, 335 and do on, with 3 way switch and 2 Volume a 2 tone pots, into a single V & T with the same 3 way switch. Like a Tele. I'd leave to other 2 pots in the guitar for appearance sake.

I have an old 335 copy with lousy pots and thought I might do that as long as I was at it.
