Topic: Barefoot Buttons. Anyone use these? |

I came across these and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them

Seemed like they would be good for anyone that triggers pedals with their hands, or even those that use their feet to get a larger target to hit. |

They are cool, come in different colors, even Green for my Earth Drive pedal. But 3 for $26, you'd be cryin' after ya loose 5 or 6 of'em. Seems as talented as our group is here on the forum someone could make these. They invented the "Knob Guard", "Stick On & The Big Tuning Wrench" different kinda slides. Keep the cost around 4 or 5 bucks then sure I'd buy a handful.  |

Shouldn't this have been 'Barefoot Buffoons'?
Maybe just a spelling error.

Those are pretty cool, Robert! I plan to at some point do some hand bashing of my pedalboard, as soon as I can spend more time playing in general.
I agree wholeheartedly with George, though; the thought of $8 (at best) per knob hurts more than a little.

A couple of "duh" type comments.
These are not the entire switch. They are a "button" that attaches to the button on your existing switch.
Don't just click on the ">" to the side. Scroll down the page to see a lot more info.
On the first page, click on the picture. It will take you to another page with prices, etc.
There are two styles/types of buttons, depending upon what type of switch you want to put it on. |

I just made one on my lathe. I like the idea. Where it would really be helpful would be on a standard guitar, such as Dale Watson's old Tomkins Tele that had a Phase 90 or Phase 45 built into the body and the "foot switch" mounted on the control plate.
