Lloyd Green Track

I purchased a track off Napster by Lloyd Green called "The Cave". The problem with digital downloads is you don't get much in the way of liner notes. Does anybody have any information on this track?

Basically, when was it recorded, is it an original if not who wrote it, who else played on it?
