Issue with my Behringer amp from Steve Black

I am using a Behringer 300 watt amp, as a second amp, and I have noticed that the amp is not putting out the volume the way it should, other times it might be loud, and then other times I have the volume pedal cranked up all the way, I bought this amp new two years ago, I don't know why it is acting up now, any Ideas what I should look for? when working correctly does well on my steel. Check all your cords and even "reseat" the plugs (unplug and plug back in). May not be the actual amp.
