Andy...It is me...Im sorry that you felt you needed to post here to reach me...As I said in my emails thru Ebay... I was trying to make a deal work for a customer...Do you deal with the public regularly..?...I think you can understand my side already...Sorry..I couldn't fix the proposal on Ebay......He offered 2800.00 TOTAL.....the invoice was 2950.00 which included shipping....He bolted...And was not interested in the follow up acceptance..

The forum was my only choice since in your ebay emails you signed "Michael". Why didn't you sign Mickey Adams? Why did you do this on ebay? I'm sure you know it has been on the forum a lot longer and the forum would have gotten their 2.5% donation instead of ebay's 10% fee.
When I am buying for someone else, I have an actual agreement and usually get paid up front by them before I buy an expensive item like a $2,950.00 D10 pedal steel guitar.
After you backed out, I emailed you and asked for your first and last name which you didn't answer so I posted on the forum and got the answer. Mickey Adams.
You got caught with your pants down, you never intended to buy the guitar, you just did it for some stupid reason.
We don't even know each other, we talked on the phone two times when you frantically called to try to buy the brand new freshly rebuilt Mullen from me. I informed you I would not accept your offer and that I would sell it myself on the forum which I did. |

Nothing personal, but if I were you, Andy, I'd step back a step or two. This kinda stuff doesn't belong on the forum.

I am only going to respond to this one time.
Number one: my legal name is Michael... I use it for the EBay account for privacy reasons
2: iI don't answer my phone when I'm sitting in a cockpit with engines running, period..
3: I don't respond to angry individuals

I've already made my case, you are what you are. You made an offer and then refused to pay the shipping. Your agenda is easy to smell all the way in Florida.
