A shout out to Telonics. Last week while I was on tour, the power supply cable to the steel started to go out intermittently (which, of course, is not a good thing, particularly if you are performing solo). I called Telonics to order a new one, talked to Sophie Russo who put me on the line with her father, an engineer there who is also a musician.
They sent the new cable by next-day mail to the next city I would be in. It's service like that that can make a huge difference if and when it becomes necessary. Thanks, Telonics; I shall always remember this. _________________ www.susanalcorn.net

I had the pleasure meeting spending about an hour with Dave at the SWSGA going through and explaining all the different tapers and adjustments my pedal has ( I've had it for several years but perfectly happy with the factory settings ).
For sure they have exceptional customer service!!!!!!!

Ditto! Telonics really takes good care of you. BTW, their main business is things like the tracking devices put on wild animals. Talking to Dave in Phoenix, I was happy to hear that our beloved Griffith Park mountain lion (official name P-22, but I call him "Fluffy") wears a Telonics device. |
