Let's do a list for both country and rock.
For rock, in my experience, if you played these three all night long, you would be a hit:

I always thought it would be great to play Alabama's "If your'e gonna play in Texas," but without having a fiddle in the band. I would love to see the reactions you get. But I guess that only works in Texas.
