Well I'm a lefty but I would never play the guitar that way. Besides I try to play with both hands. I'm hoping a lefty forumite who shall remain nameless and plays with his fingers will pick up on this thread.

I have a hard time getting them, but I usually get them when I go to Edmonton Alberta--Avenue Guitars on Whyte Avenue stocks them, they are the Jim Dunlop picks, in Medium or Large.

Hey Pardner, Just learn to play right handed like Lyn Owsley.. He was a great left handed fiddle player before he was a right handed steel player....I must say that he is great on both instruments..... It can be done, Besides left handed steels cost more $$$$$$$. Best to you,,,,,, Jennings

I have bought several lefty Dunlop thumbpicks from Scotty's. When I bought mine, which was a couple of years ago, they had two sizes.

Thomas, Thanks Bud! . I eventually found out where to get one but by the time I did I was already comfortable playing without it.
