I have a very nice Remington Steel 8 string console. It is the natural finish S8 and is in excellent shape and sounds great. I have really gravitated more to other instruments and when I play the steel, I'm pretty satisfied with my six string lap steels of which I have several.
I would like $650 for the steel plus the actual cost of packaging and shipping. I will have it packed by a local professional packing and shipping service to protect against damage. The charge for this is usually around $25 or $30 for the packing job plus actual shipping. The guitar is not overly heavy so I don't think shipping would be all that high, of course depending on your location. I am in Meridian, MS, zip is 39301 if you want to run some estimates.
The case included with it is actually a keyboard case I think, but it does have a custom made leg bag as well.
I might consider trades for a high end lap steel or even a beginner's pedal steel. Offers are also welcome, but I'm not desperate to sell this, so please keep the offers real.
