Due to the tremendous demand for seminars at our big show next week, Jay Leach will be teaching as he did last year. You may register and pay prior to the classes. Check out the show details at: www.swsteelguitar.com

Beginning E9th Pedal Steel, with Jay Leach on Friday, January 15th, 1:00 to 3:30pm
Cost: $30Course syllabus will be Jay's book "First Lessons Pedal Steel" published by Mel Bay. This will be an excellent course for player levels from novice beginner to part time intermediate.

Advanced Chord Substitution for the E9th Tuning, with Jay Leach
Friday, January 15th, 4:00 to 5:30pm
Cost: $20
Jay Leach continues with an intermediate to advanced class on Chord Substitution. In this class Jay will illustrate some practical examples on the E9th neck of using basic "Jazz Harmonies" to add fresh color and texture to Country, Blues, and Pop music.
Handouts will be provided for each of Jay's classes. $5.00 of each student's fee will go to support the SWSGA.

Jay has been the main Pedal Steel Guitarist for American Idol since 2006 and has played on numerous episodes of several seasons of the TV show "The Voice". In addition Jay has numerous other credits and has been a freelance musician in Los Angeles for many years.
