My bride helped me decide to just keep my S10 red laquer Shobud and I need to have to knee levers moved in a bit. Whoever this guitar was settup for must have had huge knees because the knee levers are too far apart to fit me right. Does anyone know of a good steel guitar mechanic that can fix this? I'm hoping to find someone close to northeast Texas so I won't have to ship my horn off and be without it for days. If I had the proper length rods I think I could probably make the adjustment myself. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken, there is a little allen screw up inside where the knee lever hinges. Just screw that out to change the angle of the dangle. Works for me!

I'd recommend either Ricky Davis or Bobby Bowman. Ricky is fixin' to get busy spending half the week building Rains Steel Guitars up there in North Texas. Hope I didn't let any cats out of any bags. Bobby Bowman is THE MAN in the Houston area and beyond.
