Tell me everything you know about the Sho-Bud "The Pro - III Custom. Never owned one, never played one so I'm dumb as a post when it comes to this guitar. Anything you can tell me will be appreciated.

I'm not an expert on Pro III Custom but I owned one for 2 or 3 years till someone stole it from my home
(at least they have good taste in steels).
Mine was one of the best Sho-Buds I have ever played. The Pro IIIs have metal necks which gives them a brighter sound than the wood necks. In my opinion, the early ones are the best...before they started using the pot metal parts used on the Super-Pro...not to knock the Super-Pro, I own one. The Pro IIIs are heavy, being on a larger frame. They are great steels...I wish I had mine back.

Thank you, David. I know you hated to lose your guitar;sometimes it's like losing an old friend.
