Ok guys, for all of you Zum lovers, here's a great deal on a fine guitar, here in Mississippi. Color is blue, stock pu's, 8 & 5. Not sure of the year but I knew the owner before he passed a few years ago. Late 80's to early 90's, I think. Excellent shape is what this guitar is. Guitar is priced at 3500.00 and a steel seat w/back is included at no extra charge. Seat color is burgundy cloth. Buyer will need to pay shipping unless they want to drive to Soso, MS. and pick it up. More info. available at i@danapowell.com

| Forgot to mention where Soso, MS. is located. Soso is about 30 to 45 minutes north of Hattiesburg, MS. 49-North to right onto Hwy-28 at Magee, MS. 28 will go into Soso from there in about 20 minutes. Thanks again. |

Just helping a friend's wife sale the equipment. Her husband passed away maybe 2/3 years ago, I think it might've been. She's ready to sale the Zum to someone who'll play it and enjoy a nice guitar. | Get in touch with Dana and make this one a nice Xmas present. Dana's dad, Allen, was the only player I've seen that could play note for note w/Big E on the Emmons,"Black Album" that was played in the C6th tuning. To be honest, he was the best C6th player I ever saw here in Mississippi. He liked Big E and Chalker. These are good folks. Our families spent several jam session nights at our house when I was a kid and my father, Bill Sr. played steel. Dana's dad, Allen and his brother Jimmy were usually there. Merry Xmas guys ! |
