That's great Chris. Jerry was one of the greatest without doubt.
I was at the Maui fest last April and the the convention after at Waikiki. Jerry still lives on as his students play to that same high standard. Also the respect those boys have for Jerry Byrd stands out.
The more you listen the more you hear. To think it was recorded outside with a cassette recorder among a crowd of people and still sounds fantastic is incredible.

It was a perfect early evening with the light fading with the view of the beautiful pacific.
