I have a friend locally who is helping a family sell of the Estate of their Deceased Brothern.

They found this OAHU and are looking for a fair price to ask, or better some one who might want this.

The model is called the Islander, no 398K; it first showed up in the 1941 Oahu catalog and was probably out of production within a year or two (as were most electric instruments due to material shortages in WWII). It was built by Kay.

This one has a fair bit of wear; I'm guessing $3-400 is reasonable given the condition, assuming the pickup and controls work properly.
