Matthew:
I had three knee levers added to a 6139 a year and a half ago. Most of the parts came from James Morehead and the work was done by Lynn Stafford.
I am not sure about whether James still provides parts for this sort of thing, but I am very happy with the results. I have bought other parts from Michael Yahl and have been very happy with them as well.
All the best.

I had 5 added to a Nov '74 S-10 by Ricky and Coop. It's now 3&6.
