1981 Emmons D10, on Craigslist, So Cal area

I have no ties to this item whatsoever.
I'm posting in the event that someone is interested in this item.
I don't know anything about it.
This ad has been running for a couple of months now.

The pictures are not real clear (there aren't any of the underside or tuning plate).
I don't know if it is a PP or not.
It looks to be set up and displayed with a reasonable amount of "respect", since there is a plexiglas cover over the strings.

Anyone know what the Emmons Match Bro might be worth? If significant, it could be a very good buy on the steel.

I have only seen one other Emmons match bro. (on photo) not in person.

Looks like the guitar is in great shape.
