Several years ago I put together some videos for Non Pedal Steel featuring a few different styles and approaches. Also includes beginners tips.

Roy has some great material available on his website for C6 non pedal.

I have purchased several of his books, enjoyed them a lot , and highly recommend his work

I second what Michael said...Roys playing and sound is great and his material is great as well...and he is real gentleman...we met and roomed together at the Chet Atkins convention many years ago...highly recommended !

AND I THIRD whats been said. I've collected about everything Roy has published and Its all great material. You can't go wrong purchasing any of Roy's courses. His tabs are outstanding and so is the CD's that go with some courses... Lee Gillespie

Thanks guys.
One clip on my site there features a blocking exercise ...right hand. When mastered it allows for nice note separation when required and thus a "clean" sound. Not everybody needs this but it may be of help to some newbies to the Steel Guitar?
