The national Jimmy Buffett tribute show "Changes In Latitudes" is seeking a full-time steel player. The band has been around for 15 years, plays mostly from Maine to New Jersey, with occasional trips to Florida and the Midwest. Almost NO BARS, we play theaters, civic summer concert series, private and corporate events, and festivals. Before you "poo-poo" the Buffett thing, you should know that Jimmy has over 40 albums out, and his steel player is Doyle Grisham, who is probably the number 2 player in Nashville, recording with folks like Randy Travis ("Three Wooden Crosses" is him). The material is far more complex than just "Margaritaville". His second biggest hit was "Come Monday" with a huge steel solo. Looking for a player who easy to get along with, willing to travel, and commit. This a great, professional band with positive energy....so no mercenaries, egos, or stars, please.
