Gary,

Works fine on mine, I lower my 6th a whole tone. Is it a wound or plain string? Did it work before? Have you changed anything on the guitar?

Gary,
Unscrew the nylon tuning nut on the 6th lower rod. Back it right off about 1/4 inch. Now push the finger manually to see if the changer is at fault. If the string lowers, and then starts to raise, the return spring may be too tight. If the changer is working OK, you then know that the problem lies with the rodding/knee lever stops.

Is "Mullins" anything like a Mullin guitar? Or are you talking about more than one of them?

You know I hear a lot of people say it and I see a lot of people spell it Mullens. Now I just want to say that there is only one Del "Mullen" and it's spelled MULLEN
And yes I own one and yes I love "it". Now call them folks up and they will fix the problem for you

A friend of mine just left the house....he has a brand new Mullen, double-neck; gorgeous guitar, great tone. I pushed the pedal that raises the fourth and fifth strings on the E9th and I was amazed! No cabinet drop! Gary, if you have a problem I'm sure it can be solved. I have a Mullen that is about 14 years old. It's not as good as the new ones, but it still plays great! Good Luck!

I guess that makes me play a ZumTeel. Just doesn't look the same, does it? Still sounds just as sweet, though! Bobbe...you're a hoot! See you in Saluda.
