The mount looks like it could be an Electrovoice RE-20, but a shot from a better angle would be more helpful.

Don't hold me to it, and I have no idea of the model #, but I think it looks like the old RCA microphones used in the broadcast and recording industry years ago. I'm thinking maybe from 60's era.
