I'm looking to acquire a Micropro200 (mach2)amp head soon to power one, sometimes two, 12" cabs. Seems like this amp would make an ideal double duty steel/tele amp.
I'm wondering how this amp compares to a N112 volumewise. My N112 actually pulled through ok unmiced at an outside gig (no drummer). Should i expect as well or better with MP200 100w/ch?

I think that you would be favorably impressed Steve. That said, tone is like the seat adjustment in your car- everyone seems to like it a bit differently. Swing by the shop sometime when you are in the area and try for yourself.

Really a lot of that depends on the speakers and their efficiency ratings. Too many unknown variables to say that it will or won't be louder.
