Sweet. Love the C6 neck. People wouldn't be able to here how much I suck on that neck. Well, actually both necks. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . Richard, you can always take the strings off the E9 neck too, lol, just kidding, strings were removed to replace the fret board, fret board on E9 is just laying on top of the old fret board, and will be attached at the Jeff Surratts shop, I will have that guitar setup, and adjusted by Jeff, also will install a new set of strings on both necks.... guitar already plays great, very smooth and fast... _________________ www.steelguitarsonline.com |

That's a beautiful Bud Damir. I'm like you about wide pedals, don't like them and that little checker board hangs up on my shoe soles. Those skinny pedals should play quick and easy.
Emmons wide pedals are a different story, they are smooth and don't grab shoe soles. _________________ Henry Matthews

thanks my friend, this guitar plays amazingly well, I was little surprised by it, and I love those pedals, I'm thinking someone just modified the original ones, possibly ... _________________ www.steelguitarsonline.com |

They might be Sho-Bud narrow pedals. But I thought they came along after the Professional. My Professional had wide pedals, but my Super-Pro had narrow pedals. I liked both equally.
They might also be third party pedals. I don't know if you can tell by looking at the pedal bar, if the pedals were replaced. My friend who sent his Professional to Morehead for rebuild, had narrow pedals put on in place of the wide pedals.
I think Damir should GIVE me this guitar. Then I could post whether the narrow pedals are replacements. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . Damir, it looks to be in great cosmetic condition. Have you considered asking Jeff to add 2 knee levers? I bet it would sell more quickly. |

They do look like newer Bud pedals and Jeff could definitely do that. |

If buyer wants two more knee levers, i can take it to Jeff, and have that done, and I will even split the cost for adding those knee levers with the buyer....now is that a good deal, or what??? AND I will ask Jeff to go through the whole guitar, and make sure it works the way it is supposed to.... _________________ www.steelguitarsonline.com |

thanks my friend, it plays very good, probably one of the best playing Professionals I ever had, and better than many other steels I had also... very quick and snappy on the pedals...interesting... two more knee levers can always be added...like I said, I will split the cost of adding them with the buyer.... _________________ www.steelguitarsonline.com |

OK Damir. Your name came up when I was talking to my therapist today. We figured out that a major component in my depression is seeing all these gorgeous guitars you are selling. She says the only way I will get through it, is for you to GIVE me all these guitars. Just sayin'. I'll give you her number if you need to speak to her.
Sorry. Just having some fun with you.
Outside of the blue Professional I had, this color is my favorite. By the way, two hole pullers or rack and barrell? _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) .
