I was really excited when that documentary came out a couple of years ago, and I really liked it, but I found the complete lack of any mention of Eddie Hinton pretty sad.

I just watched the film about Muscle Shoals on Netflix the other day. I found it quite interesting and informative about how they got such great music out of that studio.

I also saw the video about the Wrecking Crew last week, and it was just as informative as the Muscle Shoals video. Both have great insight on how the music was recorded and who were the musicians who gave us all the great music.

It just goes to show that great musicians can come from anywhere. You may not like some of the music that was recorded, but you certainly must give credit to the musicians who played it, whether country, jazz, contemporary, blues, soul, rock and roll, folk or bluegrass. Thank you to the players and producers who had the skill and ability to give us the music.
