I have a 53 or 54 fender string master d8 and the tuners are totally wore out. Anyone know someone who might repair these babies?

The tuners are the lolly pop type. But looking at the under side of the ash tray it seems to be a difficult fix since the tuners are soldered in.

There's a thread here that might help and, within it a couple of other links that might be useful. There are guys on here who have done it so all is not lost. Good luck!!!
