My apologies to MANY of you who have tried to order my lap steel books/cds.
I have had major issues with my back. I just got home today from 3 weeks in the hospital and rehab for having 5 compression fractures of my spine. This has been an ongoing issue for the past 6 months or so and has kept me from giging and teaching. It has kept me almost crippled and just getting to the computer is a chore let alone burning CDs, printing new books and putting them together to mail out.
If anyone wants a refund, just e-mail me at mihde@berklee.edu and I'll I'll send you your money. I'm looking into ways to get this condition corrected but until I can, I'm afraid I'm out of business for now.
Sorry to all I've disappointed.

It is very good to know you are doing better and on the mend.

Many of us know you through the forum and your good works.

We all knew you were in some sort of compromising situation and it was the reason for delays in communication opposed to your being some sort of bad person.

Best Regards

Mike,

Wish you a speedy recovery. Still recall the wonderful way you worked out the chords for Jerry Byrd's "Night Time" for me a few years ago!

All the best,

Kay

Mike, get well soon.

I believe many of us know how debilitating a bum can be. Many of the most simple movements become Olympian in nature.

You have not disappointed anyone.

I bought your Rock Guitar Styles book way back in 1981 and found it most helpful. Take care, stevet

Mike, I wish you well with your recovery. Three weeks in the hospital is a long time. I hope your room was quiet and you didn't have to hear those call beepers going off all the time. Welcome home!

Get well soon.

I had to reverse my Paypal payment as I couldn't get hold of you after ordering two of your books months ago.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Please message me if and when you are able to send books and I am ready to buy.

If you have the PDFs on your computer don't bother printing. Send them to me and I will pay no problem. I can print it off here on my end.
