Somehow I have lost spell checking in Chrome. No more getting the line under misspelled words. I don't see anything when I go into settings to turn spell check on or off. This is not limited to one website.
How do I get it back. Since I have tremors real bad, I very often hit a key more than once, or miss a key completely and hit a wrong key. Spell check is essential for me. I spend more time correcting errors than I do typing the original. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . I found the spell Chrome check switch for you.
With Chrome open, click on the hamburger icon on the right, then move down and click on Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings, until you see the link labeled: Show advanced settings. Click on this link to expose all manner of settings and scroll on down to Languages. Click/press the button: "Language and input settings..." and scroll down to the checkbox on the bottom of the languages box. Click to select the box labeled: Enable spell checking, then click/press the "Done" button on the bottom right. _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum

Thanks. I got to that page before, but that checkbox was below the bottom of the screen. We'll see if that works. I wonder how it got turned off. ![](http://www.tiptopglobe.com/skin/smile/s8197.gif) _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . It got turned off for the same reason that Salvatore Quanucci was suddenly squirted out of the universe like a watermelon seed, never to be seen again! It was due to the convergence of forces beyond his comprehension. _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum
