Its a ways off, I know, but just thought I would find out if there are players, pedal or non-pedal, in the Ames area that would be interested in getting together to jam a little (I will have a guitar with me and at least my lap steel), have coffee, talk steel guitar, etc. At this point I am not sure when in August nor for how long, but at least a few days...I have a sister that lives in Ames that I going to visit. Thanks in advance...respond on here, or send me an email or pm.

Its still a few weeks away, but I would enjoy getting with some old-timers (like me) on non-pedal to share some ideas with me. I am not sure of the dates yet, probably middle of August. Thanks !
