Does anyone know how to get hold of Mike Ihde? I ordered his two Lap Steel Guitar books and still nothing. This was more than a month ago.

I PM'D and emailed him and still nothing.

His website has his phone and other contact information. Perhaps try him at the Berklee College of Music.

I changed the spelling of his last name on your posting.

I sent Mike an email to let him know about this thread, in case he isn't frequenting the forum much these days. I hope he is okay...

Closed as off topic to Steel Without Pedals. There are too many people commenting in here who have no dog in the fight, and the person most affected by this is not here to defend himself.

I've deleted all of those comments. I hope this gets resolved soon. FWIW, I've had many dealings with Mike, and never a problem. He's a good guy. This is probably just a mixup.
