Can't ID him, but the same steel player appears in another recent "who's the steel player" thread backing George Morgan. On that thread, George Morgan is also introduced by Billy Walker. Ironically, I worked with Billy a few times times in the 80s.
I'll take another look, but I'm pretty sure it's not me.
